DeliveriesScottish Churches China Group, at their discretion use either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Initial City Link as their carriers. Royal Mail & Parcelforce deliveries are subject to their individual terms & conditions of business and Scottish Churches China Group accept no responsibility for delays caused by unforseen circumstances experienced by these carriers.
DelaysIf, for any reason, there is to be an unusual delay in the dispatch of your item, we will endeavour to inform you of this as soon as we are aware and to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Cancellation RightsYou have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods (unless the goods are made to measure items).
Damaged or defective itemsDamaged or defective items will be replaced at our expense, failing which a full refund will be given.
